Siemens HiPath 3000The HiPath 3000 is a fully featured, secure and reliable communications system for small to medium sized businesses capable of being combined into a fully integrated multi-site environment with a simple user management interface.
Complete flexibility for traditional analogue and digital phone services and or Voice Over IP. Offering any combination of IP, analogue phones, fax machines, modems. Supports Eftpos, cordless phones and PC clients.
Some advanced features include:-
- VOIP - allows remote connection to the phone system for receiving and making calls via an internet connection, connection of remote sites and SIP Trunk lines
- ISDN and DDI - gives you the option of allocating telephones numbers directly to extensions
- Mobility (GSM phones only) – mobile phones can be virtual extensions on the phone system which allows you to transfer calls to mobile phones and for mobile phones to transfer calls to other extensions. Mobile phones can also dial out via the phone system so if you are on a Vodafone talk zero plan any mobile calls made via the phone system will be charged at the landline rate
- Remote programming – will allow system programming and fault diagnostics to be completed remotely reducing the cost of a technician site visit
- Customer Programming software - allows the customer to change names, extension numbers, and DDI numbers
- Integrates with Visualsuite – a suite of products for auto attendant, voicemail, unified messaging, on demand recording and also integrates with Microsoft Outlook giving you screen pops, direct dialing from contacts and point of presence
